Ineligible Products / Sales
All other products are ineligible (e.g., hosted voice, managed Wi-Fi, fiber video, other video requiring specialized equipment, such as set-back boxes or Vecima). This exclusion does not apply to stacked services on eligible products (e.g., static IP, MRS, etc.).
Autobuild Challenge
The auto build challenge process provides a means to request a change in the serviceability status of a building that currently exists on the auto build list. Qualified submissions require evidence such as a recent site survey indicating that the actual serviceability and/or distance to fiber splice is within program guidelines.
The auto build challenge process is not intended to serve as a deal analysis tool, speculative opportunity assessment tool, site survey challenges, or any other challenges related to ancillary attributes associated with a building or business (e.g., tenant counts, NAICS codes, vertical assignments, etc.). There are separate process workflows designed to address these requests.
